All individual counseling sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long

Intake Assessment/Diagnostic Evaluation
$160 (self pay-no insurance filed)
If using insurance, you are responsible for your Co-pay at the time of service

$125 (self pay-no insurance filed)
If using insurance, you are responsible for your Co-pay at the time of service
There are a designated number of slots reserved for sliding scaled/reduced fee; those slots are currently full.
Payment is expected in full at the time of services
If you have insurance but Finding Grace does not take it, contact your insurance company to see if you can be reimbursed for your session.
A superbill (detailed receipt) is available for these purposes.
ALL NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE CHARGED $125 as the appointment slot was reserved but not used.

Your designated Insurance Co-Pay/Co-Insurance is due at the time of service.
Client is responsible for verifying their own insurance coverage for a 50-60 minute psychotherapy session billed as CPT code 90837.
PLEASE NOTE: Even those filing insurance for sessions will be charged $125 for any NO SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS. This fee is not eligible to be filed with insurance, since no service was provided. However, the $125 is due because an appointment time was reserved but not used.

Full payment is due at the time of service.
